Malibu Surfrider Beach

Malibu Surfrider Beach, located at the foot of the Malibu Pier, is hallowed ground in surfing history. This legendary right-point break has been ridden by surfing icons since the 1950s and was designated a World Surfing Reserve in 2010. Even if you're not a surfer, the three distinct point breaks—First Point, Second Point, and Third Point—provide endless entertainment for spectators. The beach offers excellent swimming in protected areas, and the Malibu Pier is perfect for fishing or grabbing fresh seafood. The Adamson House, a stunning Spanish Colonial Revival mansion, sits adjacent to the beach and houses the Malibu Lagoon Museum.
